Background Information :

In addition to advertising, we solicited bids from vendors for the purchase of a special education school bus. We received bids from three (3) vendors (Mid South Bus Center, Central State Bus Sales, and Cumberland International). Individual bids were as follows:

Mid South Bus Center – $94,618.00
Central State Bus Sales – $102,900.00
Cumberland International – $94,929.66

Staff Recommendation:

I recommend approval of the low bid submitted by Cumberland Ineternational for $94,929.66.
